Remove the old manhole cover
Perimetrically place the bolts on the base
Install the new hatch with bolts
Apply interior insulation to the interior of the hatch
Place the accessory on the water dripper
Apply exterior insulation to the hatch
The foundation of the manhole is complete
Fill with Sikaflex to prepare for marble placement
Lay the marble tile to cover the access hatch
Align the joints of the surrounding marble for a seamless installation
Place the tiles around the perimeter of the access hatch for a smooth finish
Protect the joints using masking tape
Place the grout in-between the tiling
Reapply the masking tape
Apply elastomeric material around the perimeter
Unscrew the screw that keeps the hatch closed
Insert and turn the key to open the access hatch
The manhole cover is complete and ready for use
After using the access hatch, always replace and tighten the screws
